A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of
the existing appropriations from the state fund, general
revenue, to the joint expenses, fund 0175, fiscal year 2003,
organization 2300; and to the department of human resources -
division of human services, fund 0403, fiscal year 2003,
organization 0511, all supplementing and amending the
appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June two thousand three.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand three, to joint expenses, fund
0175, fiscal year 2003, organization 2300, be supplemented and
amended by decreasing the appropriation as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to

funds are for expenditure during the fiscal year two thousand three
with no new money being appropriated.
